Slow start

A slow start to the day.

It took me a while last night, too, to realize that Js left yesterday for Australia, which is why he wasn't home when I got there! I knew he was leaving Tuesday, and I knew it was Tuesday, but...

Anyway, should have lectricity by tonight, go back home and deal with that.

Instead of the Gueule last night, which wasn't open yet, I went to Baz'art and had a drink with the guy I met on the street the other day. Interesting political talk, at least, as you might expect from someone in the foreign service.

Today there is something happening over at the university; a "pot", which seems to be some sort of coffee hour or cocktail hour or something, NOT lunch even though it's at 1pm. Go figure!
