Phone progress and parents

Hey! That last letter got my insurance company's attention!

"Nous allons procéder très prochainement à une nouvelle étude de votre dossier, et nous ne manquerons pas de vous tenir informée de la suite réservée à votre demande d'indemnisation."

Basically, they're going to look at my case again. Remember, this is the one where I signed a contract and Orange signed a contract saying that I had signed up for insurance, but then they sent me a letter saying just kidding, you signed the wrong form. But I signed the contract and they signed the contract, so this is not a problem between me and the insurance company; it's a problem between Orange and the insurance company. Anyway. We'll see what happens.

In other news... my parents are coming tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! Yay! Can't wait.
