Yesterday, on my way from a talk at ENS in the 5th to St. Denis, I saw my officemate O and her boyfriend E at a restaurant. I would have joined them, but I was on my way to meet C for lunch in St. Denis. Still, though, very nice to run into people. And then just now when I went to the Bom for my lunch break (I'm hanging out with Sainte Geneviève today again) I saw P and Ol, friends of Js's. I guess I live here.
Back to work... no, I didn't finish the paper before going to Israel, but yes, I'm closing in. Later on tonight JD and I are going to go to the Nuit des Musées -- Night of Museums -- when all sorts of museums are open until late. Picasso Museum, we think.
