Light!
I love my landlord. I finally called him to change the light fixture in the bathroom, and he came over while I was gone (with my permission) and fixed that light, put a better light in the other bathroom (the one with the toilet), and moreover, without even being asked, installed a ceiling light in my kitchen, so I will be able to see my dishes when I wash them at night!

For those who haven't been to the apt. or France, she has one room with a sink and shower and another room (closet), off in a different direction, that just has the toilet. Works very efficiently when more than one person is in the apartment.
