From what I've seen, I assume the guy's schedule depends on the weather...
I think he goes under the bus stop when it's rainy and/or cold...

thanks! yeah, I'm sure the weather had something to do with it, but that day it was neither rainy nor cold. I spose I could ask him, but it seems rude. Plus I don't actually care that much. :)
