The Marais needs an H&M like it needs a hole in the head

Apparently one of the Jewish areas in my neighborhood is having a lot of trouble paying the rent and keeping the fashion outlets at bay. How sad it will if the falafel places and bakeries have to close... where will I get my pita chawarma and my gâteau fromage au citron? ...not to mention the fantastically competent tailor round the corner who altered my bridesmaid's dress to perfection two years ago. Oh la la, this would be a tragedy. That neighborhood is a national treasure.
