I don't know if that is only in France, but it does feel like it wouldn't fly (heh) in the states. [UPDATE: Tahnan reports in the comments that it is indeed running in the states. I guess bathroom humor is universal.]
The second one was at Monop' in the hair removal section, where I saw this extremely upfront packaging:
